I. Equipment in replacement:
For crane systems for production, a sufficient amount of spare parts is required to replace them in time for continuous production. The assessment of the frequency of operation of each equipment cluster will ensure the number and type of equipment to be replaced during use.
Replacement equipment includes brake of two gearmotor and lift hoist.
II. Warranty, maintenance
1. Periodic inspection:
During the warranty period, S.E.A CRANE will carry out periodic inspection of the free crane system for customers. Once every 3 months, in spite of no customer requests, our lifting equipment engineers will give you 3 days notice of regular check-in and then directly to the factory for general inspection and maintenance of the entire gantry system that we have installed for our customers and combine to check the knowledge of the operators to periodically maintain and further train the new operators if there are customer’s additional requirements.
Warranty:
During the warranty period, if any problems arise, our engineers will be available at the site at least 24 hours after receiving official dispatch from your company during warranty period. If the fault is due to the fault of the user, repair time and costs incurred will be calculated on a case-by-case basis, if a repair failure occurs due to manufacturer error, repairs will not charge. After the warranty period, if any problems arise, the repair will be very reasonable price.
After the warranty period, you can request to renew the maintenance contract with our company.
III. Inspection and License Use
After the gantry system is installed, commissioned and completed, our company will invite a third unit (Industrial Safety Inspection Center II - Ministry of Industry) to conduct inspection for crane system, wagon.
